Red Dragonflies’ Autumn Meeting, 2017

The Red Dragonflies’ first meeting of the year was held on a particularly wet and blustery day on 18th March at Vanessa Proctor’s home. Four members were present: Barbara Fisher, Beverley George, Vanessa Proctor and Cynthia Rowe. We workshopped haiku about happiness, birds in urban environments, forests and haiku using the technique of Narrowing Focus. In addition, we workshopped haiku anonymously using the haiku bowl. Barbara brought some delicious lemon cake which brightened our day, as did the haiku and the excellent company.
