Faulkner Park houses the Civic Centre, Ruth Faulkner Public Library, Senior Citizens Centre, Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre, Volcano Playground, Skate Park and Belmont Museum.
The City of Belmont has built a 34 year relationship with its Sister City, Adachi-ku in Tokyo, Japan, where there is a statue of Haiku Master Matsuo Basho.
