- All entries must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Send all submissions in a single email to the contest coordinator, J Hahn Doleman (dolemanjeff@gmail.com).
- Include the required subject line, your details and entry fee payment details.
- Type or paste haibun directly into the body of your email; no attachments will be opened.
- Identify any haibun with multiple authors, and provide names of each.
- Please send payment of US$5 via PayPal to HPNC (hpncadmin@gmail.com). In the ‘Add a Note’ section, type: Haibun Contest Entry Fee. Locate the PayPal transaction ID number and include it with your email submission.
